Lots of studies trying to figure out this great mystery of what makes one 'happy.'

It makes me wonder though. Can there really be a formula for happiness?
Would we be happy if we were aware that we were doing things for the mere sake of being happy?
I don't know if you can compartmentalize happiness. It's more like it's part of an overall experience.
Anyway. All to say, I'm glad we haven't figured out happiness.
