so my jam buddy, pierre, and i performed at an open mic last night here in Beijing. it was at this bar/lounge owned by an Australian dude, right by Peking University.
it was a heck of a lot of fun :)
we first played "my time with you" by kinna grannis and david choi.
tried to bring some california sunshine, you know.
then we played "falling slowly" from the movie Once. hands down, one of my favorite songs ever.
and then lastly, "lucky" by jason mraz
and then pierre busted out a solo for his girlfriend who was in the crowd :) everyone made her turn bright red. great night. good people. the end.
